CAROLYNE CRAIG SCHWENKE

Carolyne has more than 20 years of top-level product sourcing experience coordinating and delivering millions of dollars of China-manufactured products for businesses around the world.

I have endured many trials and tribulations in my life. They have made me passionate and committed to empowering, encouraging and helping women to strive for greater achievements in business.”
In 2007, Carolyne was granted a unique 20-year Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) business license by Chinese government officials that authorized her to conduct business in seven (7) different sectors of commerce – International Trade, Financial Investments, Environmental Management, Immigration, Education, Technology and Travel.
She is a highly accomplished businesswoman born and raised in New Zealand (Hawkes Bay). Carolyne has owned various successful businesses in New Zealand, Australia, China and the United States over the past 40 years. Her China business was the first foreign-owned enterprise established in Jiangsu Province by a New Zealand Māori Maniapoto/Ngati Raukawa and Samoan businesswoman.
She has distinguished herself as an effective “relationship broker” – supporting foreign businesses and specializing in merging business interests from various countries for the benefit of many foreign companies from around the world.
REG SCHWENKE
Co-Founder, Global Sourcing Expeditions LLC
A long-time marketing professional, senior corporate executive and national (USA) award-winning reporter/journalist, Reg has spent the last 15 years as a product sourcing company owner in China, Australia and the United States.
He was formerly Director of Rukutai International Pty Ltd., a China based company that later reorganized in Australia. The company sourced millions of dollars in products from China and conducted personalized business tours to China for international business owners from 2009-2021.
Reg has more than 20 years’ experience as a results-oriented marketing and public relations executive for a number of established corporations in visitor industry, entertainment, manufacturing and property development sector. Additionally, he worked more than 12 years as a reporter, editor and publisher for various daily, weekly and monthly publications.
Entrepreneurial by nature but disciplined in execution, Reg previously managed and coordinated multimillion-dollar annual marketing and public relations budgets as Senior Vice President for the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC), Hawaii’s largest paid-admission visitor attraction. He oversaw multimillion-dollar annual budgets working with some of the world’s most prominent advertising and public relations firms.
DONNY WOLFGRAMM
Finance & Business Development Director, Global Sourcing Expeditions LLC
Donny has over 30 years of executive experience as a Business Development Manager, CEO, CFO, Accounting and Audit Manager in the logistics transportation, aviation and aerospace manufacturing industry.
A Pacific Islander of Tongan and German ethnicity, Donny has utilized his background in finance, tax and small business development to assist small minority owned businesses in the development and diversification of services in both the government and private sector.
He has worked extensively with the Utah Small Business Development Center by assisting small business with accounting, business plans, financial and tax strategies, business restructuring and positioning for government contracting and compliance.
Moreover, Donny also has more than 20 years of executive experience in transportation, and supply chain management of domestic and international freight-forwarding services throughout the Asia Pacific rim.
He completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Economics from Brigham Young University-Hawaii. During his formal years of education, Donny established his own accounting and tax services firm to fund his education and consulted with his younger brothers in the logistics and supply chain management industry.
ARIHIA CHEN
CEO & Founder, Totoru Business Management Consultants / Global Sourcing Expeditions’ Client Collaboration Coordinator
Arihia has more than 10 years’ experience sourcing her own product lines from Cambodia, China, Europe, Oceania and the South Pacific. She brings a unique perspective having lived in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, for two years working with orphanages over a decade ago.
She has owned and operated her expansive business consultancy firm over the past eight years specializing in start-ups, micro and small businesses. Her client portfolio work has enhanced her experience and expertise in industries such as online/offline retail; real estate; digital tools; business fundamentals; community services; and construction.
Born and raised in New Zealand, but currently living and working from Queensland, Australia, she is now pursuing an MBA degree.
Arihia also actively oversees several online communities she created with thousands of members as Founder of Kiwi & Maori Business Owners (New Zealand & Australia); and Founder of Kiwi, Maori & Pacifica in Business USA. She provides mentoring, coaching and networking opportunities for members.
MEGHLA BHARDWAJ
Co-Founder, India Sourcing Network
Meghla has over 20 years of experience in the Asia sourcing industry. She has visited hundreds of factories and tens of trade shows in India and China and has a deep understanding of manufacturing and sourcing processes.
Meghla is passionate about helping global importers discover unique products to source from India. She has been interviewed on over a hundred podcasts and webinars about the benefits of importing made-in-India products.
MARGARET JOLLY
Co-Founder, India Sourcing Network
Margaret is a successful and experienced e-Commerce seller, giving her first-hand knowledge of the daily challenges faced by online sellers.
Together with her partner, Kevin, she has been actively buying products from India for over five years.
Traveling to India to visit factories has allowed Margaret to appreciate how suppliers work and what products they specialize in. She has also visited trade fairs in Vietnam, Hong Kong and Mainland China.
KEVIN OLDHAM
Co-Founder, India Sourcing Network
Kevin is an accomplished entrepreneur having run multiple businesses in Europe and Australia over the course of his career – ranging from aircraft maintenance to overhaul projects and contracts.
Together with his partner, Margaret, Kevin started his ecommerce journey over 5 years ago. After having sourced from multiple countries including South Korea, Vietnam and China, they now buy their products exclusively from India.
As Co-Founder of India Sourcing Network, Kevin spends a lot of time vetting and dealing with Indian suppliers to assist importers find and source from experienced export manufacturers.
GUNJAN KATRAK
India Sourcing Specialist
With close to 30 years’ experience sourcing in India, Gunjan is a powerhouse of knowledge and information. Over the course of her career, she has sourced for brands such as Ralph Lauren, Banana Republic, Woolworth, Country Road, Kappa, Helly Hansen, Nordstrom, G3, Armani Exchange, DKNY, Mexx, Gymboree, Oshkosh, Levi’s, Ecko, Truworth.
Her specialties are: Product development, negotiation, vendor management, supply chain management, P&L management and control.
KUMUD MARWAH
India Sourcing Specialist
Kumud has experience of over 20 years in sourcing hard-goods and handicrafts. She has expertise in making products “friendly for production” and “cost effective” which is beneficial for both suppliers and buyers.
Kumud specialises in selecting the right supplier, price negotiations, quality approvals, order follow-ups, vendor development & management.
She has sourced for buyers from major US and European brands such as H&M, Pottery Barn, Rejuvination, Westelm, Pier1 Imports, among others.
AJIT JHA
India Sourcing Specialist
Ajit has 20-plus years of experience in sourcing, costing production planning, factory compliance and product compliance.
He is skilled in getting customers’ requirements realised at factories. Global brands he has worked for in his career are Superdry, PLT, Next, River Island, Animal, Brakeburn, Baublebar, TJX, Ross, Roots, Aritzia, Prana, Celio, Drykorn, Tom Tailor, IKEA and more.

Rajat has 15 years of experience in sourcing, order management, sampling, vendor management and import documentation.
He is skilled in implementing cost reduction measures to achieve savings in terms of material procurement & in-house processing.
Global brands he has sourced for include Tom Tailor, Abercrombie & Fitch, Roots Canada, Aritizia, Prana, Drykorn, Celio.
KYLIE ARMSTRONG
Design Consultant
Kylie is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the design and product industry.
With a background in Textile Design and Product Development, she has a wealth of knowledge in the home and textiles category. Having worked with well-known companies and brands, she has successfully brought products to market in Australia, New Zealand, Europe, United Kingdom and the United States.
